How the arrangement works.
- In a management arrangement, we manage the property on your behalf, in line with what we agree with you.
- Before work begins we agree the scope, responsibilities, communication and fees, and put them in writing.
What we assess
What we look at before we agree anything.
- The property, its location and how it is used today.
- The support you want and how involved you want to remain.
- Whether we can support the property, based on its location and the local operational support available.
- Any permissions or requirements that apply to the property or the arrangement.
Requirements are not the same throughout the UK. We ask about them, but they remain your responsibility to check, and we recommend taking independent advice where you are unsure.
Responsibilities and terms
How responsibilities and fees are agreed.
- Scope, responsibilities and communication are agreed before work begins.
- Fees are set out in your proposal. We do not publish fixed prices, because they depend on what you ask us to do.
- Nothing starts until the necessary checks are complete and the agreement is in place.

Service availability is confirmed following a review of your property, location and requirements. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to an agreement.
