We provide management support for a furnished short-stay property, on your behalf.
These are different arrangements with different responsibilities, permissions and contracts. They are not interchangeable, and which one is appropriate, if any, depends on your property.

- Owners of furnished properties that are, or could be, marketed as short stays through Airbnb and other booking platforms.
- Owners who want to know whether their property is suitable before committing. Not every property can be used for short stays.

- The support we provide, and what remains with you, is set out in your proposal before anything starts.

- Whether the property is suitable for short stays, including its type, condition, furnishing and location.
- Permissions and requirements that may apply, such as lease, mortgage and insurance terms, planning or licensing. These can differ between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and between local areas.
- The local operational support available for the property.
- How you want the property to be used and how involved you want to be.
Requirements are not the same throughout the UK. We ask about them, but they remain your responsibility to check, and we recommend taking independent advice where you are unsure.

How responsibilities and fees are agreed.
- Responsibilities and the operational support required are agreed before proceeding.
- Fees are set out in your proposal. We do not publish fixed prices and we do not promise income, occupancy or returns.
- Nothing starts until the necessary checks and the agreement are complete.

Send us a short enquiry with the town, city or postcode area, the type of property and the service you are interested in. UK-wide enquiries welcome. Service availability is confirmed following a review of your property, location and requirements. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to an agreement.
